I liked my 4 night stay. I booked triple room with haram view, Double Bed as mentioned in Standard suite. A hairdryer, a shower cap and towels was a plus.
Some people working there were very rude.

We had a nice stay at this first-rate hotel. Spectacular location with unforgettable views, very efficient staff. Lovely food, superb breakfast. We did n't have time and did n't try the pool, but it was amazing.

Quite clean place, staff was flexible. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Stores and a market were right next door. I checked out Al Haram, that was set within easy walking distance of the property. Impeccable service provided there too. Really really nice stay in the shopping area.

It is a recently refurbished hotel and I truly enjoyed its decent sized rooms and ideal personnel. The early check-in process too. You could walk to a shopping area and a market.

The entire experience was GOOD. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. One of our favorite spots Hejaz Railway Museum was next to this place. Take a look at Central Madinah neighborhood, it's worth it.
